The Feldenkrais Method® is a revolutionary approach to learning through movement, aimed at improving the quality of life by increasing awareness and flexibility. Functional Integration (FI) is its hands-on, personalized application. In an FI session, the practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive touch to guide you through subtle movements, helping you sense and reorganize habitual patterns. Each session is tailored to your unique needs — whether to enhance mobility, ease pain, refine performance, or simply find greater ease and freedom in movement. Rather than forcing change, FI taps into your brain's natural ability to learn, adapt, and grow through awareness and comfort.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions By booking a treatment at Flow Massage Aarhus you agree to the following: - Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. - Late cancellations may be charged 50%, and no-shows 100%. - Cancellations can be made by writing to flowmassageaarhus@gmail.com - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months. - Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies before your treatment. - Our premises are not fully accessible to wheelchair users – there are two steps at the entrance. - Flow Massage only offers professional massage.
